Beautiful salon! Got a dip manicure and I will say, it took longer than it usually takes in my opinion and the process was a little harsh on my nail-beds. BUT the extra time in the chair and the process as a whole is worth it because this is the cleanest, smoothest manicure I’ve ever gotten. Will definitely come again!

I love Spa Ella II and have had many wonderful experiences. I do recommend this spa but beware of the girl wearing glasses (sorry for vague description). My most recent experience was awful due to the technician - she was super rough and aggressive with my nails, never asked me what nail shape I wanted, took FOREVER, she skipped second coat on random nails, and her hands were sweating on me the whole time. And the worst…it was my birthday. Nails still turned out nice but I was never relaxed.
