After over 1.5 hours, this was the final product. I’ve never had a manicure last so long and come out so horribly.

That lady took two hours to do a podwer dip manicure and it looked horrible. Definitely the worse manicure I’ ever gotten. I’m upset that I going to have to spend double the money going somewhere else and fixing it.

The worst manicure I’ve ever received. The place is dirty. It was rushed. I went in for dip powder and tips and to choose a color you had to rummage through a bucket of the dip containers… no color swabs to choose from. My nail tech was nice, but I’m sorry it does not make up for lack of eyesight to see this was a horrible job. I would have stopped the appointment but I scheduled through the snailz app that charges your card at the time of the appointment. Shape is good. But the color? She was mixing powders, I even showed photos and she didn’t even know what pot to choose from. I wanted to try a new salon and don’t mind little hole in the wall places but this was awful. I really want a refund
